Not only are there obvious aesthetic differences to the 2016 Land Cruiser model, but there are also many new tech and automotive features. The updated 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser has a new Entune entertainment system that has Siri eyes-free capability. The eyes-free entertainment system is one of many new and standard safety features that the 2016 Land Cruiser possesses. Among the other safety features are automatic high beams, blind spot warning, pre-collision braking, adaptive cruise control, and rear cross-traffic alert. All of these standard features ensure the safety of the Toyota 2016 Land Cruiser.
2016 Toyota Land Cruiser Engine
Another big change to the upgraded Land Cruiser is located under the hood. The new model has an 8-speed, automatic transmission as opposed to the 6-speed of the 2015 model. The 5.7-liter, V-8 engine, Multi-Terrain capability, and the four-wheel drive system remain unchanged in the updated 2016 model. The 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser still gets an average of 13 MPG in the city and roughly 18 on the highway*. The pricing of the new model will remain comparable to its 2015 precursor.
