Check Out the 2018 Tundra, Sequoia, and RAV4

2018 Toyota RAV4

Adventurous families looking for a vehicle to suit their on-the-go lifestyle will be happy to hear about the new releases from Toyota. At the 2017 Chicago Auto Show, the car manufacturer revealed new Toyota Racing Development (TRD) packages for the 2018 Tundra and Sequoia models, as well as the RAV4 Adventure. All three of these sporty car packages are geared toward families that enjoy taking their fun off the beaten path.

2018 Tundra TRD Sport

The 2018 Toyota Tundra TRD Sport will feature sporty and rugged exterior upgrades, including silver 20-inch alloy sport wheels, LED headlamps with LED fog lights, and a sharp redesigned mesh grille. It also will feature a color-keyed hood scoop, side mirrors, and bumpers for a higher-end aesthetic and, of course, the TRD Sport graphic decal.

The Tundra TRD Sport leaves plenty of room for the family with CrewMax and Double Cab options. The Tundra TRD Sport will be available in a wide array of color options, including Super White, Magnetic Gray, and Midnight Black Pearl. The rugged truck will come in 4×4 and 4×2 options, all driven by a 391-horsepower 5.7-liter V8 engine.

Upgrades on the suspension of the truck include the TRD Sport Tuned shock system and anti-sway bars in the rear, making for a smooth ride, even off-road. The 2018 Tundra TRD Sport will also come equipped Toyota Safety Sense package (TSP-P), which includes upgraded safety features, such as pre-collision detection and lane departure alert.

2018 Sequoia TRD Sport

Just like the Tundra TRD sport, the 2018 Toyota Sequoia TRD comes in 4×4 and 4×2 drivetrain options. The SUV also delivers smooth handling with the same shocks and anti-sway bars. The Sequoia TRD Sport also matches the Tundra under the hood, offering the same 5.7-liter V8 engine.

On the exterior, the Sequoia TRD features side mirrors capped in a sleek black metallic, TRD Sport emblems on both front doors and rear gate, black alloy rims, and an updated front grille. LED headlights equipped with LED fog lamps come standard across the Sequoia line. The new Sequoia also comes with the elevated safety provided by the TSP-P system. Eight color options are available, including three new options, like Midnight Black Metallic, Shoreline Blue Pearl, and Toasted Walnut Pearl.

2018 RAV4 Adventure

Those looking for something a bit on the smaller side without sacrificing the ruggedness will be right at home in the new 2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure. With available Dynamic Torque Control all-wheel drive and the lifted suspension Tow Prep Package, the RAV4 Adventure definitely has the goods to take the fun off-road. Trailer Sway Control and Hill-Start Assist make pulling your boat or ATV a breeze with the RAV4 Adventure.

The upgraded exterior comes with 18-inch alloy wheels in black, exaggerated flares around the fenders, roof racks, and branded Adventure emblems. The Adventure comes available in five colors, including the new color Ruby Flare Pearl.
