Barbecue Chicken and Bacon Bites
Want a finger food that is still substantial? Then, try these bacon chicken bites. Best of all, you only need chicken breasts, bacon, barbecue sauce, and toothpicks.
Before you start cooking, put aluminum foil on a baking sheet and apply the cooking spray. Now, cut your boneless and chicken breasts into cubes. Then, wrap a small piece of bacon around each cube. Use the toothpicks to secure them. After all the bites are on the baking sheet, brush them with barbecue sauce.
Bake the bites for about an hour at 350 degrees. After cooking, keep them warm on your way to tailgating.
Corn Dip
No tailgating is complete without chips. As such, you need something to dip your chips in. This corn dip is a great option, and you can make it ahead of time. That way, you can just dig in when you arrive.
First, grab a 2-quart baking dish. Prepare it with cooking spray while you preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, Original Ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and thawed frozen corn kernels in a bowl. Combine them well, and then put the mix in your baking dish.
Finally, bake the dish for about 25 or 30 minutes. It should then be hot and bubbly.
Don’t want to make this too far ahead of time? Then, prepare it and put it in the dish the night before. When you are ready to bake it, just add about 5 or 10 minutes to the cooking time.

Bacon Cheeseburger Dip
While the corn dip is delicious, it doesn’t feel like a meal. On the other hand, this bacon cheeseburger dip does feel like a full meal. Best of all, you cook it in the crockpot, so you can serve it from there as well.
Before doing anything else, brown your ground meat. Then, drain the meat before putting it in a skillet. On high heat, add cheese, tomatoes, and bacon bits. Cook this as you stir, making sure everything is nicely blended and heated.
Now, put the mixture in your crockpot. Then, cook it for two to three hours on low heat. Just before serving, add some bacon bits to the top. Add a bit of parsley to round out the dish.
