Also available is the Baby Bleu Salad, the restaurant’s signature dish, which made the Alabama Tourism Department’s “100 Dishes to Eat Before You Die”.
Cajun Cleaver
The Cajun Cleaver is a family owned and operated specialty butcher shop, that not only carries specialty meats, but also cooks homemade entrées and sides every day. Have an extreme Thanksgiving meal with this Hoover market’s Turducken, which for those who are unfamiliar, is a chicken stuffed into a duck stuffed into a turkey. They’re also known for fried turkeys and stuffed chickens.
