Seeds Coffee Co.
Seeds Coffee Company began when a group of friends started roasting coffee in their kitchen using a Whirly Pop popcorn roaster. What originally started out as a hobby quickly developed into a passion for coffee, including a desire to learn as much as possible about the roasting process. Through trial and error, thorough online research and training sessions, they learned about detailed aspects of coffee, including sourcing, roasting, and tasting – always seeking out “a better cup.”
Octane
Octane roasts its beans right next to the cafe and uses milk from a nearby dairy so that their baristas can craft a quality, enjoyable experience that makes you feel like you’re really at home. They use the same sensibilities in their bar program. Octane takes inspiration from around the world, but in the end, they’re a community; and their friends and neighbors deserve a delicious drink and fun time when they visit.

Revelator is, and will always be, a work in progress. They work hard to get every detail right for their customers, and sometimes they succeed. The rest of the time, they remind themselves that the trying is itself a source of meaning. Their shop menu is fluid and intentional, and their offerings are simple. Relevator embraces change and rotate fresh coffees in as the seasons change. They showcase their coffees on a few brew methods and use simple, rustic ingredients.
The Red Cat Coffeehouse
Because they haven’t tried to be trendy, you won’t read about Red Cat or their menu in the local media. The Red Cat is a brick-lined cafe serving socially conscious coffee, breakfast & lunch amid live tunes & local art. They are packed day-in and day-out. People come back for the comfortable spaciousness and the excellent coffee, as well as the friendly staff. No news outlet had to create buzz about this place, because their friends passed it on by word of mouth.
